Well I don’t have a miracle pill for you, or the next diet book. And you should be thankful, because most weight loss products don’t address the real problem: Overeating.
Overeating is characterized by eating too much, eating too fast, or in other words abusing food. One popular form of overeating is Emotional Eating. Eating comfort foods at the end of a stressful day is a popular form of Emotional Eating. How to Stop Eating comfort foods? How to Stop Overeating in general?
