I've been searching for a binging support forum for weeeks! I was about to give up hope when I stumbled upon this baby. I'm really happy I did.

My name is kayzilla.. I'm 15, and I have a binge eating disorder. It stemmed from over-restrictive dieting and soon became a coping method. My story isn't too unlike others so I won't bore you with it, but even through the trouble of it all.. It's taught me lots and lots of lessons that will make me a wiser adult that will be of benefit to society. I just hope to beat this once and for all, and the thing that always kept me on track for 60 days before was actively participating in an online support group, so here I am! I'm reading to go for 60! 90! 365 days! lol. Whatever is possible for me to do, I'm gonna do it! Mark my words. hehe.

On average, I binge every three or four days. I've gotten it down to two days of binging a week.. three or four at max. I'm really happy with my progress so far, but I think I can do better.

My triggers are calorie obsessing, high fat foods (peanut butter is the death of me!), perfectionist tendencies towards my diet and self-esteem/anxiety lows. I'm a pretty stable person, and I'm learning to relax more in regards to dieting, but it's still an obstacle that I need to work on.

Right-o. Well. Hi! I hope I can walk with you all in recovery! I'm ready for it.

Hi and welcome, me too i stumbled agross this when i saw andrew on you tube.

i wonder how many people in the world have this problem.

Its amasing how when you meet new friends or just start talking to people, no-one is what they seem, everyone has problems.
i always used to look at people's bodies in envy and say in my head 'oh i wish i had a body like that'
then i find out, they have an eating disorder, or cancer or their boyfriend beats them up.
No lie.. i wouldnt change who i am for the world, so i'm starting to like myself and liking my body comes next.. im working on it!
    good luck

I am in, please. 60 days starting now. If you like it would be naïve of me to say I'll never been to again after right now, but I guess that's pretty much the goal. Thanks for the support. I'll be here often.
