Ok, well first of all, you’re probably not as big as you think you are. 127 pounds at 5’3 could range anywhere from a healthy weight to slightly chubby, depending on how your body carries weight. Of course, weight rarely has anything to do with how fat binge eaters feel, because we just feel disgusting from all the food we’re stuffing into ourselves. It’s all about perception. And remember, no one else in the world is going to be as critical of you as you are of yourself, so try not to worry.
And please don’t lock yourself up in your house all day, especially if the weather is beautiful and fun stuff is going on. Think of it this way. Even if you were really fat, would you rather be fat and feeling sorry for yourself at home (and probably bingeing more and more) or would you rather be fat outside in the summer sun, having fun and forgetting about your problems for a while? If you just give yourself permission to love yourself and have some fun, this will probably help you stop bingeing too, as you’ll have something besides food to make you happy.
