i have been doing well myself i have not had a big binge in 3 days now when i was hungry i ate fruit and low fat yoghurt to stop the cravings and ate my normal size meals also i had dessert and although having a generous serving i had the urge to binge although taking a second serving i then was able to stop and went for a jog later the hardest thing to do is to stop the binging but once you do its not so hard because you can see and feel the improovements straight away however i think many people then try to eat very little which brings on cravings and binges so my advice is dont eat less just change whta you eat and exercise and stay away from scales and looking critically in mirrors for about a month otherwise these things may trigger binges.....ps the high i get after exercise is light years ahead of the high i get from foodt...... good luck to you all and i will update again soon i know i can do this! ;p

this is so great!! this made me feel so positive. I totally agree!!! the high you get from exercise beats any food high! i love it. i just wish i had more time to exercise.
well done with not bingeing i hope i can get to that stage soon and congrats on 3 days. i find that the 3rd day after a binge is when i fall because i fee like i reversed teh effects of the previous binge so its like i celebrate and then do the damage again. and your so right. avoid the scales and mirrors whilst you are trying to get yourself back on track because it only does you damage.
