Well here goes, it has been 2 and a half weeks since my last binge and I was doing so well, I thought I really was in control and then today wham binging again, I feel bloated and sick and really disappointed. I know I shouldn’t diet but I just wanted to lose a few pounds and so the last week I have beeen on weight watchers, I have lost 5 pounds through diet and exercise and I really only want to lose about 12 in total and tone up. I am just really low

Hi Jacko20. The important thing is that you’re determined to reach your goal weight. One day of bingeing won’t sabotage the successful 2 and a half weeks you did. We’re only human and are bound to get knocked down once in a while! We are truly tested in how we respond to these obstacles. You can either stay down or get right back up and keep going. I know you can do it. You just have to forgive yourself and start over. Best of luck and I look forward to reading a positive post next time

hey guys,

I just read your posts here. I have a question. What is your diet plan? Like what does it look like. what are u meant to eat and not eat? And how does your average binge look like?

I feel like a reporter, im sorry. lol

I am going on my 24th binge free day. I havent dieted but have excercised 4 times a week. But havent lost much kilos think (i dont weigh mysel though).

Anyway lots lots of strength to u guys !!
