Breakfast:
gluten free piece of bread with cream cheese mixed with cinnamon and splenda
banana
1 diet green tea
lunch:
diet peach tea snapple
big salad with strawberries, pepper jack cheese, chicken, and pear vinaigrette dressing
diet dr.pepper
snack:
1 large Starbucks skinny latte
80 cal light and fit yogurt
dinner:
gluten free rice bread with same cream cheese
mozzarella caprese salad (spelling?) with blueberries and italian dressing
1 cup soy milk
I'm about to go run... Trying to get back on my regular schedule!
