    Hi guys! Day 3 =)

    Breakfast:
    gluten free piece of bread with cream cheese mixed with cinnamon and splenda
    banana
    1 diet green tea

    lunch:
    diet peach tea snapple
    big salad with strawberries, pepper jack cheese, chicken, and pear vinaigrette dressing
    diet dr.pepper

    snack:
    1 large Starbucks skinny latte
    80 cal light and fit yogurt

    dinner:
    gluten free rice bread with same cream cheese
    mozzarella caprese salad (spelling?) with blueberries and italian dressing
    1 cup soy milk

    I'm about to go run... Trying to get back on my regular schedule!

    hey pink, your food sounds good! Although make sure you're eating enough, i know I would be hungry with that amount of food especially if I was exercising. And question: have you been deleting the previous entries in your food journal? Because it's sort of helpful to keep them and be able to look back and see patterns/progress ... just a suggestion though, if you wanted to

    thanks! Just got back from the gym, we had to go to the other one on campus because all the treadmills were full in the smaller gym. Eating strawberries as I write this I haven't deleted the other entries, so it's odd that they're not showing up.... I'll check on that. I definitely like keeping records of everything.

    I've only posted a total of 3 I think. Thanks for the heads up

    thanks guys! By the way, is there a way that I can favorite certain members so I can look at their posts directly? Or do I just scroll down and find it in the forum part?

    =) Still trying to figure out how to navigate the site, thanks!!

    Yeah girl click on the top of the screen where it say "welcome, pinkpolkadots" and then you will see at the top of the next page where it says "favorites" you can click on that and add favorite journals where you can just go to those each day.
