Hellooo so I have been binge eating for over a year now, and the past month or so I have been trying a new tactic which is NOT restricting anything.
It has been working, I bought a book giving me really nice recipes with pasta, something which i never would of dreamt of eating for fear of gaining weight!
I have still been bingeing though, maybe once a week and sometimes twice. I’ve read here that a lot of people stay with a low carb, high fat and protein diet but to be honest that doesn’t really work with me, i love carbs. Anyone else?
Today I am feeling alright though, and hoping the rest of the week will be the same.
