I’m new to this site and found it while looking for some OA stuff. I haven’t joined OA yet (been to only one meeting), and still don’t quite know which direction to go. All I *do* know is that I’m tired of binging and being overweight.
Have any of you ordered Andrew’s book? Does it really help? And what tips/advice might you have for me as far as starting up on this site goes? TIA!
Great place to start here! It feels fab keeping a journal and I’ve been here just over 2 weeks and am feeling fab! People here are so supportive and it feels great to openly talk about things and say things we can’t say to those closest to us.

Keep a journal of how you are getting on to gain support. As far as your binge eating-When do you do it? What triggers it???
