I've started a new website where I'll be posting regular updates on my own weight loss and sharing the best weight loss tips I come across. It's NOT another "eat healthy and exercise" website.
It will focus more on the deeper challenges of weight loss including emotional eating among other common roadblocks to losing weight. It will also focus on lifestyle changes and not those lose weight quick schemes.
