    Hi Fixthis,

    Funny that you go through the same thing. Just had finals the other day and was sure I would be bingefree, but it got really bad. Even though all the stress was gone.

    I am on Day 4 today and I plan to never binge again. So since bingeing is not an option again, there is no need to think about the urges. I just try to think about something else.
