Just wondering, I have all the resources to lose weight, get a healthy lifestyle, be happier etc. etc., but I’ve lost my motivation. I know that this is the right thing, but need the extra push and excitement. What are the things that keep you guys going?
I am motivated by looking at motivating (and realistic) pictures. I also created a couple of index cards. Whenever I feel great and I am motivated I write down why and why I want to continue this journey. Whenever I feel like I can´t do this anymore, I just read them.
I also wrote down a couple of things for myself that motivate me to stop bingeing in my journal.
I’d rather go exercise and loose weight, than sit Atkins and stuff my face. This has kept me binge free for almost a week. (one slip up but I debt let it phase me). You can do it because I lost all hope and found it in myself to keep fighting and pushing through. If you can do it for yourself, do it for everyone on this site and your body!! Never for your tastebuds. Only. Treat them when absolutely necessary.
