wow, for 4 days i binged.a record time for me!!but I’m not gonna let this get me down.Im getting up tomorrow! thank you aussiegirl for your encouraging words.It nive to login and see that someone cared enough to write a kind word.
tonight i feel really funny;im bloated from binging but my arms and shoulders hurt from playing boxing on wii last night.(btw, i totally rocked winning 2/3 games)
this upcoming week I’ll try to sit down for my every meal instead of mindlessly snacking.i would also like to include more fruit and vegies in my diet cuz i feel like im gona get diabetes or something from eating so much sugar these past few weeks.
Haha wii games will def. make you sore..suprisingly good exercise!! Sounds like your doing good Monika! I think thats a good idea to sit down for each meal, especially not in front of the telly, and try to eat slowly! Hope you have a wonderful day!
Hey Monika, sounds like you have a great plan for this week. I think its good to try and add more fruit and veg on top of everything so that you still dont feel deprived but are getting in the good stuff too. I also read a good tip the other day that when you get a craving for sugar or junk, tell yourself you can have it if you eat something healthy first, like fruit. Have the fruit and then decide. Supposedly it will stop you feeling like the sugar afterwards. Lets give it a go!! I will certainly try to log on more this week and record my food too – I cant get on during the day at work so its only a night times for me. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
When I have a really strong craving for sugar and sweets I sometimes make myself a ‘real’ cocoa. Not that sweet instant stuff but with the real 100% stuff. If you add some sugar and maybe a shot of milk I think it tastes very good. And it is also low cal cause the cocoa is 200 cal for 100 g and you only need 20 g or so. I also do it with water. I don’t know if y like dark chocolate but it tastes a lot like it. If I sip it slowly the craving has vanished when I’m finished
