I’ve tried to deny having a problem for many years but I have finally had enough – I need to start dealing with my binge eating issues before I get completely isolated and depressed! I often really struggle with motivation though and tell myself that it is futile to resist the unavoidable – the binge. What are your best tips for motivating yourself to not give in to the voice telling you to give up? Sometimes I feel like nothing helps.
Reading positivity books are great for this there are lots of books on how to take control of your life, achieve your goals and get what you want. I recommend you read some and keep reading them literally brainwash yourself with what it says and hopefully soon you will start believing it and have the confidence to really nip this in the bud !
