    So I’ve been binge free for 3 days! and today i’m doing pretty well too. I started to gain my appetite back cause like i was sick for a while and I couldn’t eat a lot but even with my appetite back i can still control how much i eat. Okay so i also have a question/problem like I’m sorta obsessed with weighing myself. At one time my mom had to hide the scale so she could try to stop me from weighing myself all the time. But now i have the scale in my bathroom behind the toilet and I’m weighing myself every day. And weighing myself can sometimes cause me to feel good(when i lose some weight) or completly discourage(when i gain weight). Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it and can u give me some tips? thanksss
