So I’m pretty happy right now I’ve been binge free for 5 days and tht includes this past weekend! I’m hoping I can make it to 7 days if I can that would be even more awesome cause I think it’s been a while since I can last remember going tht long without a binge. Also during those 5 days i lost around 1.5-2 pounds so that also makes me extremly happy and makes me realize if you can’t learn to love something about your self you can change it. Another thing that really helped me through those days is just taking it one day at a time plus having something big to look forward to, mines the beaches in Miami. Wish me for the rest of the day and I hope some of this incourages others and lets them know it can come to end but it takes time.
wow five days is really good and i think you can easily make it seven. i agree with you about having something to look forward to i plan on going five days without binging because on friday i have some friends im going to visit. obviously when i see them i dont want to be all bloated and depressed from binging. i think youll find that the longer you go without binging the faster the weight will drop off, even without dieting. good luck and just know that you can do it, binging is definitely not something you need.
Reading that you lost that much weight in 5 days has really struck me how worth while it is to stick to not binging. I want to lost weight but binge after a day of trying, but now I want to try and set goals for myself I think. Days and then weeks and then hopefully I can overcome the struggle
