Now it’s been 6 days since I last binge, its such a good feeling to know i accomplished this much progress. I also feel pretty good now and pretty happy all the time. I’ll admit though, it gets tough when im alone in my house and start craving food but I feel like writing here and reading some of the comments helps me to get over it and reminds me not to give up. I hope others can feel the same way about this forum too. Have a great day everyone and I hope that I can finally make it to 7 straight days of not bingeing.
I dont really know how to explain what I do but whenever I start to get the cravings I just keep telling myself your not really hungry and don’t you wanna look good for spring break. Haha it sounds weird but it works for me. Also I found out that writing here everyday really helps me stay on track and another thing is that the first few days can be tough but after that it gets a little easier hopefully in a couple weeks my craving will be almost gone. Hope that help. (:
