Not the best day but not the worst.
Breakfast - muesli
Lunch - corned beef salad sandwich
Snack - cereal bar
Snack - mars bar
Dinner - scampi and salad with mayoI have decided that I am going to start to record my food again as it helped me to keep focussed and not to let my eating go over the top even though I am not actually binging.
Like today I really didn't need the mars bar and only had it out of habit, you know it is at the counter when you are paying for shopping so you get it and before you realise you have eaten it as well. But a very positive thing is that I haven't let it get to me so that I binge, which is greatJacqui

Great job not letting one little Mars bar tumble into a 5000 cal binge! Thats great progress and even if you didn't feel great about today, you are still heading in the right direction. Keep up the good work!

Ah yes the mars bar is what I would call an impulse buy!
Damn them, having all that candy staring us in the face when we are waiting to pay for our stuff! Your menu sounds good, I love shrimp scampi is that the same? Is the corned beef salad sandwich like a reuben sandwich with saurkraut & corned beef? yum I like those too. Good eats today, a candybar was your treat, it is actually halloween coming this wknd yanno, so you ate your candy early, you were EAGER is all.
