Hahah I bet if we all went on walks every time we felt that urge we would all be in great shape! Sounds you did well fighting off that temptation! And yeah getting out of the house after work sounds like something that could really work for you until you break that habit! Love the mantra :) Sounds like you are right on track..keep it up! ~Lauren

Well, afterwork I didn’t go to the coffee shop, and I didn’t walk, but I did stay out of the bedroom for the most part. Watched TV with my son instead. And I ate at the table with him, spagetti, that he made. Then we watched TV. And then I had a small snack on a barbeque sandwich…okay not so bad, no chips and no munching, but I’m craving something…salty. Think I’ll go to bed early tonight. So in a fashion it was a different habit, lol. ((((Break the habit, break the habit)))) I’m already making food plans for tomorrow, does else do that before they go to sleep? Night y’all…~ Hale

You did break that go to your bedroom and binge habit last night! Well done girl! I used to plan my food all out on Sundays, but nowadays I just try and roll with what I am hungry for since I found planning always set me up for guilt if I veered off the plan..and life is too full of forks in the road for set in concrete plans! So plan if it helps you, but remember to stay flexible with it! Hope you have a great day today! ~Lauren

    Hi!

I totally understand the thing about living with other people. Until a few weeks ago I shared a house with friends who I’ve known since school. Ever since we moved in together last summer, I’ve become more and more reclusive and more and more obsessed with food. I’ve now moved out and am living myself (so binge freely!) but think my old flat mates think I’m a total anti-social weirdo! When I lived with them I used to come straight in from work, take a pile of food to my room and stay there all night eating! Now I do it in my living room. Your food for the day is a lot like mine, I’m healthy at work then binge at home (altho that’s an improvement as at the worst point in January, I was eating in the car to and from work!!). I live in Scotland and the weather up until now has bene insane, which makes it hard to get outside and exercise, but it’s getting better now, so hopefully it is where you are too and you can get out on your bike!

    All the best.
