I used to puff, which kinda meant I munched. I’ve not for a long time, however the eating has carried on and got worse. It is all the time, I can’t stand it, my whole body hurts from food.
Right now I am at work. I’ve worked my way through so much food, that I can’t touch lunch. However it won’t be long before I will want to! I’ve tried not bringing snack food in, but just eat mountains of biscuits.
Most people here have a past history of dieting, food restrictions and then binging. We come here because we are exhausted and desparate. You’ll find support and answers if you read and hear how people are having success one meal at a time or one day at a time.
