Well…normally weekends are HORRIBLE for me, as in a 48 hour binge fest, but I’m SUPER happy to report that I successfully made it through a weekend without a binge! Woohoo! tobe…I know exactly what you’re talking about…I’m READY for that hard urge to binge so I can say “no”. What I’ve had success with this weekend is eating what I want and realizing it that so often what I want is actually vegetables and fruit and lean meat. Of course there were a few treats here and there but nothing wrong with that! Looking forward to kicking off Monday without that dreaded feeling of “here I go back on plan”~ Talk to you guys in the morning!
Okay so got a little too full at dinner and felt really bad about myself! Definitely struggling with a bad self image tonight! On a positive note, instead of giving in and eating all the Easter candy around I managed to have one Reese’s egg and stop completely. Considering my mood tonight that is a HUGE success for me! OH well, maybe I will get a good night’s sleep and wake up more positive in the AM….
skd everything sounds like it is going well and i think your main problem is that you have to accept your body for wha it is . No diet will make you lose weight and keep it off. there are a ton of dietds and pills out there but none of which will work fully. it is all your mindset and it sounds like you are doing good so far, dont let the guilt of food get to the rest of your day.
