I am so happy i had found this site!!! for years i have been insecure about my weight mainly due to both of my older sisters being extremely skinny (one of which struggled with an eating disorder). I often will begin eating well and have a nice dinner of egg whites with lowfat cheese and veggies and a small side of fruit with a small dessert (pudding cup). The bulk of the problem is after the meal i just get this weird impulsive feeling and begin to eat and eat (not necessarily terrible food mainly like blue chips of cashews but so much of them that it becomes not very healthy). I would love to learn how to control my stress effectively and not let my impulsiveness get the best of me after my meals. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
