Just a thought - you seem very focussed on weight loss. One thing I've learned from my (admittedly short) time here is that trying to diet tends to spur binges on rather than stop them. It may be worth trying to focus less on calories and weight, and more on not binging? I know it's difficult - I keep finding myself totalling up calories in my head and so on, but a lot of the members here who are doing really well seem to be the ones who don't count calories or weigh themselves regularly.
