Hey RTC! Hmm well it definitely doesn’t look like you had near enough to eat yesterday…its trick because YES we definitely should listen to our bodies BUT I think at the beginning of recovery we have a hard time really being able to read our bodies and know when we are hungry + bloating from previous binges leave us not hungry….but that hunger and major calorie deficit usually ends up building and leading to an inevitable binge so usually the first week its important to really make sure you are eating enough…at least 1500 calories a day to prevent a rebound binge. ~L
