Survived the shopping trip, bought a really not very racy dressing gown from M&S but managed to avoid the parade of shame that is trying on clothes. Just had a Muller Rice, wasn’t hungry but feel that Miso soup & roll does not constitute a lunch. It made me think that what does constitute a binge or Binge Eating, is it eating when you are not hungry, between meals, the wrong type of foods or too much supposedly healthy foods i.e. portion size. I think, at the end of the day (and I absolutely hate that phrase!!!) only you know whether or not you are overeating in your heart of hearts…

    Hey lou lou!

Well in my book that would definitely not be a binge! the definition of a binge according to the American Psychiatric Association is:

    1. Eating a larger amount of food than normal during a short

period of time (within any two hour period).

    2. Lack of control over eating during the binge episode (i.e.,

the feeling that one cannot stop eating).

But as you say you know yourself how it makes you feel!

    Best of luck,

    Lucie x
