I’m starting a daily food and mood log where I’ll write down when, why and what I ate and how my day is going. Hopefully this self reflection will help me see patterns of my binge eating and what events trigger it.
Friday had been binge free for me. However, for me it doesnt really count as a true binge free day because i was still eating when im not hungry. I was still feeling bloated from the wed and thursday binges but today im bloated no more! How wonderful it is to have a normal stomach! Im just starting to really see how addicted to food i am. For example, this morning I woke up and my first instinct was to go to the kichen and grab some breakfast foods. And then i thought ” well, if im not hungry, why am i about to eat?” so right now im just lounging in bed. I’ll check in later~
