    Hi Girlie!
    Your food looks SO YUMMY and not too much. Maybe you just felt like it was a lot bc you feel yucky. Questioni- you put spinach in your smoothy?? I LOVE WEIRD CONBOS and i love smoothies so i may have to try this myself CONGRATS 2 WEEKS BIGNE FREE!!!!!

    2 WEEKS!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYY! be really proud of yourself, you're 1/2way to a month.

    sorry it was one of "those" days (it was for me too!) but at least you can get through the days when you feel gross without bingeing! And you'd feel even worse if you did binge anyway.

    Haha Anou..I pretend I look like a sexy Latin woman dancing during my Zumba class, although I'm sure I really just look like a white girl that can't dance You will def. get those moves down with time! You are for sure making progress with being able to just eat a few chips at the restaurant...you end up more focused on your company then scarfing down food..which is awesome!     Hey Lady! Great job going 2 weeks, Im jelous but so happy for you! Has you BF joined you at yoga yet? Have you gotten any books in the mail? I'm still waiting for mine. Breakfast food is so good lol! Your day sounds pretty delish. Like you have said to me, it's OK if you are really enjoying what you are aeing and better to overeat than binge. I know what you mean about being grossed out by those weird powdered meals - i made one the other day which had wheatgrass in it (it was a kind I had never had before) and it was SO GROSS! I ususally don't mind wheatgrass but this one was gritty and tasted like dirt. I threw it out yuck! Keep up the great work!

    Hey Anou,

    Wow you're a traveller! No I don't live there anymore, it's been a while I left now. But most of my family still do, they're spread everywhere though!
    Don't worry about the "all day long breakfast". We all have an innate like for sweet taste, and if you have a sweet tooth, it's no big deal once in a while. I have those quite often at week ends, and yeah I feel a bit crap, but then I always think how I used to have those frequently as well when I was younger, and BED free! So I just try to think it's not big deal, provided I don't make it a week long breakfast!
    Wow toned boyfriend naturally? Keep him girly! Keep trying on the social life side of things, even doing yoga together is part of that. Personally it helps me to be in social situations with him, to just "feel" we're a couple not only in my eyes. It may sound weird, but seeing how nice he's with everybody else makes me want to be with him even more, and one thing leading to another... Don't worry about meeting "deep true" friends. Those come with time but not very often! There are some dry times though where we just have to be content with "acquaintances", nothing deep, some distraction -that's important to value though so you do get out and do things not on your own.

    Hey hey !

    Yesterday I felt icky because a couple of hours after I posted my food for the day I had a small bowl of cheerios just because. I was bloated and carb-overloaded but at least I didnt binge. It inspired me to eat healthy today. I realise more and more that I hate that overfull feeling and that I love that energetic feeling you get from nutritious foods so I guess thats the good thing about it.

    Naaaattt ! Thanks girlie ! I measure 1/2 c oats I think thats the equivalent of 45 or 50g ( not like thats a huge difference lol) You cant taste the spinach at all actually and you sneak some veggies! It was that stupid wheatgrass powder I bought from the health food store that made me feel icky

    Liz-Thank you ! Yeah I have a cheap blender but it works, I put a bunch of spinach with the other ingredients and when you put something sweet like a banana or some fruit juice as a base you really dont taste it at all. Its SUPER green though and will freak out everyone haha !

    My little Rabbit! Thannkkkks ! I am not counting down everyday since I feel like for some reason when I did that I put pressure on myself and felt disappointed if I did binge. But from time to time I will check how long it has been I dont even want to be thinking about a number of days since I want this to be FOREVER !

    Thank you sweet Loz!Dont worry I am sure you have alot of that latin flavor when you dance haha.

    Sarah- Yayyy for being binge free together ! You are right overeating is better than bingeing. We are sending the message to our brains that its NOT ok to binge and trying to break that bad habit. It will get easier with time I guess.

    Ash-Thank you ! Dont be jealous before I even got to this forum I had times that were really really bad. I guess going through those times really motivated me to seek a more permanent change. A change that comes from the inside,from my attitude, not just my food plan. The type of change that lasts a lifetime. And thats how I found you guys !! Was it Amazing Grass by any chance lol? I am never buying that crap again ewww I feel nauseous just thinking about it.
    Havent got the chance to drag the bf to yoga yet but he knows he is not escaping it lol. It will be funny picturing my unflexible tatted up boyfriend trying to do a downward dog hahah !! I will definitely let you know how that goes Havent received the books neither but I will let you know as well as soon as I read them. Have you started yours?

    Rage- Yeah we travelled alot when I was smaller but I call Montreal home since I basically spent my teenage years here. I have family spread everywhere too ! But its great for future vacation prospects lol.
    I know what you mean, its good for keeping the flame alive to do stuff together. And having people appreciating your bf as a person reminds you to appreciate him as well, since its so easy to be annoyed and take people for granted when we know them so much.We never do that at home but when we are travelling we always buy ourselves really nice dressy outfits ( way dressier than we would ever wear) and go clubbing together just the two of us ! We feel like strangers since we are completely dressed differently and no one knows us and we just drink and dance its pretty hot haha !

    So today was a good day, despite not doing that good on my reading test at school. Its the second in a row that I dont feel on top of my game and I dont like that. At least they dont count for that many points. I am so desorganized by nature and not used to that university thing yet but I will get the hang of it soon hopefully ! I dont really have a choice lol. There were people making conversation with me in class which is so rare since I think I kinda intimidate people because I am so shy and quiet they think I am snobbish or something?? I felt a bit awkward in my replies as I get all tensed up when people talk to me and worried about how I sound lol, but I dont think it was that bad ! I will try to talk to them more during the next classes so I have class buddies at least....I hate how everyone allready knows eachother and its harder to fit in.

    Here is what I ate today :

    B:oats made with 1% milk, banana, strawberries
    S: cottage cheese + PB+J
    L: turkey sandwich on ww bread with laughing cow light cheese, tomatoes, cucumber+ 1 piece dark choc
    S: clif bar
    S: chocolate milk
    D: small bowl of bean chili + 1/2 ww bagel with a bit of margarine and honey

    I had a great heart pumping interval workout that made me feel like my old self. I need to remember that I love this feeling when I am feeling sluggish and not motivated to hit the gym. I dont mention my workouts all the time but I have been working out, I just feel like they have been lacking that extra something that used to make me feel so great about them. My mom insisted on me taking an appointment with her personal trainer so I could shake things up a bit, so I am seeing him tomorrow and I cant wait. And by the way I am the one that motivated my mom to do that because I wanted her to work out and be healthy !
    So yeahh...even trainers get trainers lol! Honestly if I could afford it I would have one all the time, you never push yourself as much when youre alone !

    aw you had a really good day today! And I agree, you forget how energizing it is to work out until you've actually gotten up off your butt and decided to exercise. I've been slacking off the past few days so thanks for inspiring me to start up again and now you're a trainer with a trainer! so it's more having another person with you than knowing which exercises to do? that's sort of interesting, I didn't know trainers needed trainers ... I feel like I've said the word "trainer" too much and it no longer sounds like a word. You know how that happens. Well .. I'm tired and I'm rambling now. you did great today. good night!

    Hey sweet Anou!! Aw so glad you had a nice day! I know what you mean about how you feel in class because I feel like for a long long time I was really reserved around people because I was self-concious and insecure and I guess worried about being judged or how I seemed to people...but I'm glad you saw that opening up to them and being talkative, that they responded well to you! I think it would be pretty impossible not to love you! Your food looks great for today...by the way NOTHING to feel bad about for having an extra bowl of cereal! I love that you and your bf get dressed up and go clubbing together! And hope you have a great session with the trainer tomorrow! Hugs, Lauren

    Hey Girl! Your day sounds like it went well!! Much better than mine hehe! Ohh lucky you getting an appointment with a personal trainer! Is your mum going to pay for you? I'm a bit the same around new people.. kinda shy and people think I am a snob. We can overcome this together! I think as we beat BED we will become more confident. You think so too?

    I don't know if i could have a trainer. I'd probably get really angry with them and how do you speak to them when you're exercising. Having one would wear me out lol.

    Hey Cookie- No it wasn't Amazing Grass, I forget what it was called. But it was gross and gritty and didn't taste even remotely like chocolate.
    I haven't gotten any books in the mail yet but they said they have shipped. I am hoping they come soon - maybe today?
    Glad to hear you had a good day, don't sweat the reading tests. It takes time to learn how to be organized.
    I can so realte to how you feel in class. I am the same way. often people think I am stuck up or rude until they get to know me and realize I am justa a shy and private person. It's good that you are going to try to talk more. It is good to make friends
    I used to be more shy than I am now - like I would get nervous saying anything and always worried about what other peoplet hought but then I realized that people really don't care all that much. It gets easier the more you reach out and try to be more outgoing. Practive I guess. Plus you have to realize people aren't analyzing everything you say. Not to sound rude but they are often to wrapped up in themselves to even care enough to think "this girl sounds werid" lol. You are a kind person and that will shine through - just be yourself!

    Dressing up with bf going clubbing? Sounds great! I need to add that to our clubbing!
    Don't worry about being a trainer seeing another one, "nul n'est prophete en son pays" = the shoemaker always gets the worst shoes, something like that? Yes defo, if I'd win the lottery tomorrow, I'll have a trainer, a cook (and a cleaner - I can get lazy!) on the list, so enjoy!
    When people talk to you and you get a bit tense... How about you think they could get the same if you were talking to them? I've felt a lot like that in the past few years, and then I just decided to believe they were snob (which sometimes I still believe - makes me feel good ahahah) so it kinda made me relax about what they thought about me. It's as if I'd decided I'll never be great friends with them, so no need to "impress", and actually some became those casual acquaintances, which is good enough.
    Keep us posted about yoga and the downward dog!

    hey cookie, your day sounded great!!! you ate healthy, had an awesome workout.. your endorphins must be thru the roof. im happy for you. you may be disorganized but it sounds like you know how to make good choices for your body. as for being shy and being anxious with your responses. i find that hard to believe, you have so much personality on this forum. i really look forward to your posts. i think you should break out of your shell and show your true colors to your classmates. im sure they would love to get to know you. keep up the good workouts and the good eats : )

    Helloo ! Well seeing everyones comments here just brightens my day ! Funny how I feel lonely but now I have a ton of great friends here

    Rabbitdarling-haha I know exactly when that happens when you repeat a word too much. I find for me its not about knowing the exercises since I feel like I have a big database of them stored in my brain, I can assemble different programs and stuff....but..subconscisouly you somehow end up doing things your body allready did at some point. And the fitter you are the more you need to switch up your workouts because the body adapts super fast so you wont see changes, so its good to get out of your comfort zone and have a completely different workout in the "style" of another trainer. Its fun too and then it teaches me new things that I can show clients in the future !

    Lauren-Thank you for your sweet words ! Its true sometimes I can be soooo self conscious and anxious for nothing ! It doesnt help that I am more of an introvert though. But I noticed that when I actually reach out to people and ask them questions and stuff they are usually happy to talk back so I should remember that !

    Sez- I definitely think as we beat BED we will grow more confident. Its hard enough to be confident without having to face those horrible eating issues that just destroy your self-esteem. But it will make us stronger ! Yeah my mom made a deal with him that I could take from her sessions from time to time !

    Louise- Ahhh you are so explicit with your finger description lol. Yup real bonding I dont know why we only do this on vacation though haha.

    Megan-Thankkk youu ! It makes me feel good and fuzzy inside coming from you since you have been doing so good yourself

    Lorena- ww stands for whole wheat. But I think some people can use that for weight watchers as well but I mean whole wheat when I say it hehe. You have to find the "ideal" trainer for you. There are so many different styles of them so it sucks if you get a bad experience but I am sure if you would get one that wouldnt annoy you you could be surprised! And I always work out harder when someone is watching me cant help it gotta impress them lol

    Ash-Thanks ! I just received mine today but I have no time to read them yet as I have to read 3 whole books for school for next week. I cant wait to start ! I used to be even more shy than now and I realised that by getting a little older I started feeling a little more confident. You are absolutely right that people probably think about themselves and who knows, maybe some of them are as worried as me that they are making a good impression. But you know sometimes I am so tensed that I make myself feel awkward and then I am like damn it cant you just relax you freak lol.

    Stephanie- Thank you! I am sending some interval love your way ! The ones that make you feel like you are going to puke but in a good way ha ha ha I enjoy torture or something. Feels great after though you get a natural high !

    Rage- Thanks ! Yup it was fun especially those times were my bf was like "lets go buy you a nice dress for tonight " out of nowhere
    Sometimes clients used to tell me during consultations( when they realised the trainers werent unfortunately free) "well you know what I dont really need it " ... I would think in my head that if I could benefit from one I am sure they could...but I have never been a pushy seller hehe.
    Tell me about it...I would love to have all those things. If I win the lottery first I will share with you lol
    I like your idea about thinking that I am probably not the only one feeling like that when I talk to people. Kinda like picturing the whole class naked when doing an oral presentation !( ummmmmm no nevermind that doesnt work lol)

    BTC- Awww thank you thats so nice of you to say ! I feel like I can truly be myself here and since I am behind a computer I am less shy of course, I need to apply that to real life !

    So today the trainers appointment went great. He understood right away what I wanted to do and then proceeded to test the waters a little bit by making me do different stuff. He said things like wow youre fit or youre strong and he looked pleasantly surprised so that made me feel really good ! He even said youre a good athlete while he was making me do some balancing/core exercises. That made me feel so much better because I was feeling so shitty at my other job, feeling like I was not in the right place and like I wasnt even a "real" trainer because I wasnt able to be super strict with my eating like my colleagues. I know I dont have years of experience since I am still young but at least today I was reminded that hey I dont suck at all !
    Went to hip-hop class after and felt kinda lost since I missed last week but it was still lots of fun. I was also nervous about spanish class because I was one of the best in the beginners level and now that I am in the intermediate class I feel I suck ( humm I have a problem needing to excel at whatever I do, like I have to be one of the bests or else I get mad and quit, I need to work on that black and white thinking!!) but it went surprisingly well and I do feel like I am absorbing information without even realising it. Food went good today ! Here is what I ate :

    B: oats made with 1% milk, banana, chia seeds, PB+J
    S: blueberry yogurt + strawberries
    S: clif bar
    L: ww wrap with 1 egg+ 1egg white, lettuce + dressing on the side, cottage cheese with dark choc chips and jam
    S: vitamuffin
    D: 1 slice italian sausage pizza, side salads( zucchini and carrot, beet, fruit salad)

    Yes, im on the right track with mu muesli! thanks chicken haha. Ah well i might have to try this spinach but ill stay away from the wheat grass. i always see it at the juice shop but never try it!

    Those dancing nights with your bf sound like SO much fun!!! When im in a relationship ill be sure to try that out. that would sure light my fire up all over again haha.

    Anou you are sweet as pie! Im sure in time it will get easier for you to communicate with your classmates. I understand it's hard trying to break into a group of people who are already tight friends.. i went through that when i went to uni too and it was tough! but just be yourself and realise you have so much to offer.. and nothing to lose so go for it and dont be shy, it sounds like they really want to chat to you

    Your food sounds nice and really healthy, are you feeling better for it? and the exercise.. i stopped running for about 4 months a while back and when i finally got myself to go for my first run again, it was amazing! i know that feeling that you want to hold onto and remind yourself how good and refreshing it feels after a workout. Enjoy your pt time, im thinking i might try out a few sessions, never had before! lotsa love xx

    I love hearing your trainer inside scoop! I really don't have the $ so I've decided to become best friends with a trainer and guilt them into training me for free Ah yes, I have good life goals ... and if you ever feel like sharing some of your best exercises, you KNOW I want to hear them. I'll pay in smiley's of course --> hmm, sleazy wink ... er, that's almost as odd as this one ANYWAY ...

    I bet you're really strong - like Hulk strong but way better looking, of course (not that the Hulk isn't a stud). The compliments must have felt good - I love getting compliments on anything athletic, it's such a confidence boost! And as for Spanish, I think in language classes everyone is so nervous about how they sound that they don't pay much attention to critiquing other people. I stopped taking Spanish after elementary school to do French ... parlez-vous francais? (I'm awful, by the way ...)

I know what you mean about that black and white thinking..in school if I didn't get something or didn't do AWESOME in a class I would just want to give up and say F it. Its that perfectionist fear of failure thing rearing its ugly head. But I'm glad you feel like you are absorbing the information now! Thats awesome about your training session! I bet he was impressed with your fitness level! I wish I could be more dedicated to weight training..I do it now but it'll probably take years to build up any significant muscle since for some reason my body seems to resistant to it...and lets face it, my true love is hitting the road for a run But I admire your strength girl!!     Oh sounds like the PT was really impressed with you. I'm jealous sounds like you are mega fit. Great that you have noticed your black and white thinking as well. The 1st step is actually realizing your doing it so your def on your way to changing it. Mmmmm food looks yum. Can I ask a question.. "WW" does that stand for whole wheat or weight watchers?     wow u sound really on top of things huni! and you must be wickedly fit. so jelous. whenever i go to he gym and have a pt i nearly die with embarrisment as i find it tooo hard to do anything and i sweat like a pig haha! food sounds so good as always . keep going and dont feel the need to be the best as everyone needs to start from the beginning to become goood and if ur the best its harder to get better hehe! xx

    I have been thinking about a personal trainer... do you think that it will give me sustainable motivation, you know, keeping me focusing on myself, and feeling good about myself, rather than this sinking ship i seem to be.?..I really want to shift this binge weight, but I keep stuffing my face and i almost think i need that 'something' so your professional advise would be fab honey

    Ok. I'm still working on it I promise but I think I might be 40 when I finish your journal so screw it I'm gonna start posting lol.

    Elll ooo ell that someone else asked this question cause the entire way through your journal I was wondering what ww stood for and I was like there's no way she's getting weigh watchers stuff at a restaurant! What IS it?! hahaha. Do I ever know about quitting something just cause you're not the best. Up until a few years ago, I would literally throw temper tantrums and like objects would be flying across the room when I failed or someone did better than me at something. Scary. Also totally know how you feel about getting all clammed up and insecure cause of all the thoughts going through your head. Sometimes I feel like even if I was shot with a rhino tranquilizer I would still be like bouncing off the walls with anxiety. Trainer session sounds awesome. I love trainers most of the time, but a trainer training a trainer must have to be a really good trainer lol, Sounds like you are in crazy shape for a cookie monster lol. (Right now I'm seeing you and a big blue furry thing competing in a race against each other lol) And well done on the eating. Funny how when the BED is under control, the posts become more and more about life and less and less about food. Great stuff.

    Well done with your personal trainer session, see, you're so fit and strong in the eyes of your mum's trainer, how that for reassurance? Keep your work outs and those mixes you do!
    The black and white thinking, the wanting to be best or feel like a failure... I guess on here we all relate to this easily. My advice is to choose your battles. There are things I know I'll never be good at and I don't care. I just put all my energy into what interests me. Anything new, then I'll see if I'm good at it and if I like it, so if I'm rubbish it helps me thinking "I don't like it anyway, why bother?". The other thing is deep down I know I have some good abilities (even if it's with something so unsexy as maths), and that's good remembering your strengths. You have your top notch fitness, your multi-language skills, your brain surely massively broadened with those trips... You're good, why should people not be nice to you if you talk to them? I know we try to change behaviours, but that doesn't work, that's fake. In this, we have to change our beliefs. Instead of believing people would n their preset group, how about you give a shot at thinking they're dying to have new blood in their crew? Good luck girly.

    I bet you were really chuffed when the trainer said that! Think of how many people he sees and he was impressed. I bet your fitness is well up there. Is he a fitty? hehe.
    There is a trainer at my gym who is really quite large and i sometimes think how on earth is he a PT but then i guess if he has the advice and know how, even if he doesn't follow it himself, he can still help others and that's a really nice thing.
    Also a friend of mine is a trainer and he told me he doesn't always eat as healthy as he should so don't worry. You'll be great and i'd def have you as mine

    It's good that you are recognizing your B&W thinking. I am the same way - like if everything isn't perfect then nothing should be perfect. We probably all need to work on that.

    Skinny - Chia seeds are little seedds that the Aztecs used as a staple in their diet. THey are full of healthy fats and Omega threes (think flax). When you cook them with oatmeal they soak up water and get this weird little coating that looks slimy but they still have a bit of crunch. Supposidly they help keep you hydrated because their little coatings saoak up the water. Oh and good fiber!

    Hey guys ! My Internet was down yesterday so thats why I didnt post.

    First before I forget here is what I ate
    S: banana + Pb
    B: coconut water + starbucks oatmeal with brown sugar and nut medley
    L: chicken breast, spinach and cheese ravioli, grilled peppers and onions
    S: kashi crackers +PB+J
    S: ff plain yogurt + a bit of honey
    D: 1/2 portion of beef pad se-ew( thai noodle dish) + mini mini bowl of cereal ( like really small, about 1/2c)

    I went to hot yoga with my friend in the morning and then hip-hop in the evening so the day went by quite fast. Now my good guy friend invited me to a party tonight and I might just go...my bf says he doesnt mind at all( not that I ask him for permission or anything but you know since he is a GUY friend I dont want him to think anything bad so I asked him if he minded) I will let you guys know what I decide hehe.

    Nat-Thank you sweetie ! So you noticed I am eating healthier lol. I do feel much much better and less bloated and my abs are starting to resurface even though I still have a huge getto booty

    Rabbit-Bonjour mon lapin I love that Hulk comparison loll. I would definitely train you for free if I was near. Feel free to ask me whatever you want to know ! One of my favorite moves is a push-up with feet on stability ball( keeping that core tight without letting hips drop) combined with a jacknife crunch(bringing your knees to your stomach or for a harder variation your butt up the air with straight legs,you could google it to give you an idea) Its a tough one but its super effective!

I never understood how some girls could go to the gym with full-on makeup hair perfectly done super nice outfit and tons of jewelry, you are supposed to become sweaty and messy lol

    Louise-I think its a great idea. Just make sure you find one that is not pushing any restrictive diets or supplements on you. Just switching up your exercise routine and getting out of your comfort zone can really change your body. He can show you stuff with the free weights might not necessarily be doing in your usual workouts.The body is smart so it adapts fast and thats why when you do the same thing often you stop seeing results. Change creates change. It sounds like you are really fit so a trainer can help you kick it to the next level. Also, if you know you have an appointment it will keep you consistent since you dont have the choice to show up and personally it encourages me not to binge because I dont want to go see the trainer bloated lol.

    Mirm- Haha the more you are reading the more I am adding Glad you said hello! Picturing me racing against a big furry cookiemonster is just hilarious ! Well actually a trainer training another trainer is way more fun and easier for him because he doesnt have to waste time correcting form and stuff and it gets pretty creative ! I think its good because he has a different style so its shaking things up ! I love that you noticed that progression in my journal and its good to know I am not the only one struggling with anxiety ( sometimes I cant sleep because I think way too much) and with wanting to be the best or feeling like a failure.

    Rage- Thank you so much. What you said made alot of sense. Its true that sometimes when I start something even if I dont like it as much I feel like I have to do it and be good at it because quitting just makes me feel like I am failing. Thank you for making me realise those strengths I forget about myself and for reminding me that its good to view the other side of the medal and switch that negative thinking to positive thoughts.

    Lorena-Yup he is fit but he is not a beefcake bodybuilder type more like athletic lean type. Its true that someone can be really competent even if they look "chubby". Its also about knowledge and interpersonal skills and motivational skills and all that, but its hard to sell your product when you dont look fit you know! Thank you for saying that thats super nice of you

    Steph- Awww thank you !! You just put a big smile on my face and boosted my confidence by like 15% just by saying that I love you lol.

    Skinnybinger- LOL I think chia pets are actually made from chia seeds and thats why they grow !! Because when chia seeds are wet they kinda become bigger and gelatinous. Ashley pretty much explained it all perfectly !!

    Ash-Thank you! I think we can all relate to that destructive black and white thinking you are right. Lol eggs and lettuce is weird, I guess I wanted a quick sandwich because I was starving and then I just added the salad on the side !

    So today I went shopping and got an A-line type of little dress. Shouldve done that a LONG time ago, it hides my booty and hips (where I gained) and showcases the slim part of my legs and my waist. And it will still fit when I lose the binge weight !

    I will post on your journals a bit later because now I have to go run some errands !

When I started weightlifting it didnt take me that long to see results. As long as you do it with consistency and youre not afraid to increase reps/weight progressively. I would say if you keep it up in 2-3 months youre going to really notice. And I suggest you do free weights more than machines. And after a couple of years where it becomes just a habit youll definitely feel like you have a good base of muscles. Just dont think of it and integrate it regularly like youre doing, no need to go crazy over it since running is still your preferred activity.

    El- Thank you love! I do feel a change in my attitude and the urge to binge becomes less and less appealing. Did you knock out anyone by accident lol?

    Sez- Thanks ! Yeah its good dresses are so comfy I didnt even think of that because I dont wear them that often but why not. I do feel sexy in it and it makes me look way smaller compared to my super tight clothes!Its a pretty casual one but I could dress it up or down I think.

    Rabbit- Yay let me know how you like it! I never really wore dresses alot but I just realised how versatile they can be. Even little casual ones for the day are pretty comfy and I see girls at school wearing them with tights or leggins and flat boots.
    Ahhhhh so exciting that you get to buy a prom dress ! You have to let us know about it when you find one !

    So yesterday I did a good job listening to my body and was still hungry 3 hours after my indulgent dinner which means I didnt overeat !! I feel great being able to leave food on my plate and just go with the flow and eat whatever ! Thats how I ate when I was at my happiest weight/relationship with food !I want to be like that again ! I practically never binged because if I wanted a treat I had one and moved on and ate healthy most of the time.

    And while I was running errands ( since I live downtown I am always tempted by the clothing stores ) I tried on a pair of skinny jeans and bought them !!! They are very flattering in a super thin light as air material and a good simple dark blue that can be dressed up or down. And the best is that they are made bigger or something because I was able to buy them in my usual size, gotta love that vanity sizing haha. They are really stretchy as well so I think they will still fit if I lose a bit of weight. I knew they were made big because in the other jeans I tried I had to size up. Oddly though, it seems like I gained all my weight in my freakin ass because the other ones fit but they had that weird gap/space at the waist and then they were tight on the butt. Uggghhhhh....at least the bf loves that monstruous thing but I cant wait till its gone lol.

    Here is what I ate :

    B: ww wrap + PB+ banana ( warmed up in the microwave, try it the banana pieces melt inside !)
    S: "healthy" cookie from the gym( homemade gluten free made just with sugar, cocoa, nuts and egg whites they were delicious)
    L: ww english muffin + 1 egg + a bit of shredded cheddar and a bit of margarine
    S: ff plain yogurt + a bit of honey and 1/2 a clif builders bar
    D: fish and chips with veggies and salad on the side ( ate about half), mini portion of ice cream ( asked for the smallest portion and it was really tiny but PERFECT)
    S: kashi crackers + PB+ J

    Hey Anou!! YES they had papusas they sold on the street in my city in honduras!! VERY good!! Although my absolute favorite food I found in Honduras are Baleadas. They are basically quesadillas that are handmade (unbelievably good) flour tortillas, with beans, avocado, and chismol (non-spicy version of pico de gallo) that was my every Saturday meal! I plan on ODing on baleadas on my trip back Haha no Miss hottie I'm sure they would love you too!! Although being rubia does ward on the harassment Thanks for the weight lifting tips..yeah I won't go crazy with it but am just going to keep incorporating a bit into my weekly workouts and give a good year to see any muscle building up! So want to hear something cool...last summer as a desperate attempt to lose weight in the middle of my binges I found a personal fitness place in town that if you sign up for 24 sessions its only $30 an hour (which is super cheap here..usually $35/30minutes) so I got my grandmother to help me pay for it...well of course 2 months into it, with me bingeing like crazy I kept gaining weight, and felt like a failure so I quit. I still have 5 leftover sessions (already paid for!) so I am going to use them up (just go once a week) until I leave town! But I'm excited about working with a trainer again!!

    You did great at dinner!! I know it does feel so great to be able to listen to your body, leave leftovers, and just go with the flow!! And I'm glad you ate a few hours later when you found yourself hungry again..girl you are so smart and are really rocking thru this recovery! Super proud of you!! Ahh I bet those skinny jeans look great!! Haha I know what you mean...my jeans are falling off at the waist and baggy in the legs...but booty filling up that back!! My old jeans don't fit only in the butt...so I feel you....we are bootilicious girls

    Hey Anou! Loving the A line dress they're so flattering for our figures aren't they. And the jeans sound hot! i love the ones with a bit of stretch so they dont feel really stiff and uncomfy when you sit down - those ones always make me feel fatter than I am.

    I looove being able to leave food on my plate now too. Its so funny how we used to just demolish the whole plate without thinking twice. Ive been reading up a bit on mindful eating and how you need to focus on just eating - no distractions and chew your food slowly etc. did you try any of that when you started your intuitive eating? I'm finding that Im actually enjoying my food a lot more.. even though I always used to say 'but i just LOVE food!!' then why the hell didn't I take the time to savour and taste it?

    So I havent been here alot this weekend but for positive reasons. Life got in the way. I think its a good thing that food kinda faded in the background and I juste ate out the whole weekend and didnt stress about it, I even experienced true hunger without freaking out and bingeing ( you know that feeling when you wait too long to eat). I was always so afraid of being hungry, but I realised the feeling passes and its not necessarily the end of the world.

    Thank you Lauren, or should I say Lorena ( that would be confusing though since we have another one here lol)MmmmmMMmm those baleadas sound freakin delicious ! You just made me curious about something, do you think you are going to be able to keep up your vegan lifestyle easily when you go over there?
    30 $ the hour is an amazing price, at my old job it was 40$ and it was considered very cheap as well. Its so cool you have sessions left, I always view those as a treat and something to look forward too !

    Rabbitbaby I know I suck ! My body is so used to sleeping early that I can barely stay up late anymore. Sad lol. Ohhh I know exactly which dress you are talking about I love it ! I was never the type to like those big princess style poofy gowns so its right up my alley ! I wore a 50s style type of dress that was formfitting but assymetric with a super light kinda transparent black material with little white polka dots and open toe pumps. Loved it because it was different !

    Sez- Yeah I think skinny jeans actually make me look thinner and you dont have to be a stick to wear them ! I am pretty pear shaped and usually they say its a no-no but I find it highlights the slimmest part of the leg and they are great tucked into boots ! Haha its totally dangerous to live near all the stores !

    Hey Nat ! I think Lauren, you and I are part of the big booty club lol. Anyone else care to join ?? I know exactly what you mean about how amazing it is to be able to leave food on our plates. I used to think that for me with certain foods it was just IMPOSSIBLE so its crazy. I know about mindful eating and how important it is but I just cant get myself to stand still in front of my food with no tv no computer nothing ! I try to do it with sweets though to really savor them or else they are gone too quick ! And I know that when I do force myself to eat more mindfully I always feel satisfied quicker even with a smaller quantity !

    Amanda- Thanks ! Yeah haha he loves to grab it and smack it lol. I know what you mean about losing boobs when you lose weight ! I like the big booty but dont like the big hips that come with it, its like we cant have it all ! Enjoy them while you have them
    I drank coconut water, its not the same as coconut milk. Apparently its natures gatorade because it has electrolytes and potassium and I had it after hot yoga since I sweat so much to replenish myself ! It has a strange taste, not very strong but it grows on you. They had flavored kinds too but I havent tried them yet.

    So saturday I went to a bar and spent the whole evening there with bf and a bunch of people. It was ok, honestly I was kinda bored but glad I still went. I dont really like bars because since I suck at playing pool and Im not that much into watching hockey , I mean its ok but I dont follow all the games( people go crazy over it here hehe) , I kinda just sit there if I dont have good conversation partners.
    Before that I went to see Edge of Darkness with bf and today I saw Valentines Day. I enjoyed both very much !
    I ate intuitively all weekend except on one occasion but it wasnt really my fault. I was feeling faint and very hungry while drinking so I ordered food at the bar. They didnt have my first choice which was a panini and I ended up ordering a club wrap with fries. It was SO NASTY when it came it was DRENCHED in mayo, I felt like I was eating pure mayo I couldnt taste nothing else. I was mad because I was so hungry so I just ate half and felt icky. Then because I wasnt satisfied I ended up eating almost all the fries which were too much but that half wrap alone wasnt enough and it was disgusting. I HATE when that happens when you order something but oh well at least I didnt binge. I also noticed that they were a bunch of waitresses in revealing dresses that had meat on their butts and thighs and I found them sexy. I dont know how come I cant do this with myself its so silly.

    I will try to remember what I ate and catch up on your journals tomorrow because I have a bunch of homework !

    saturday :
    B: banana + oatmeal made with 1% milk and nutella
    S: half a clib builders bar
    L: big ass slice of chicken pizza
    S: mcdonalds fruit and yogurt parfait
    D: 1 glass of beer, smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with a bit of side salad
    at the bar : 3 beers , half of that nasty wrap and a bunch of fries

    today :
    B: plain yogurt with mixed fruits , honey and granola
    L: shrimp pad thai ( ate a bit more than half) + 1 kit kat chunky
    D: lebanese food ( falafel, veggies, salad, pita bread, hummus, garlic sauce and garlic potatoes)+ half a piece of millefeuille and half a piece of cheesecake.

    Hey Big Booty Club Sis Haha yeah Lozzie/Lauren is probably better so we don't confuse me with UK Lorena! Yeah the price really is outstanding..just found out my trainer is going to be this cute guy that I worked with only once this summer who is really good so that will be fun! Yeah so my rule for when I am doing all my future traveling is to be flexible and only be vegetarian, because trying to be vegan will limit my experience/options traveling and I want to soak in the people/culture/food of the places I visit! So I am planning on having cheese, milk, eggs if I need to on my trip...hopefully it won't make me sick!!

    Aw I am glad you had a nice, intuitive eating weekend! I know what you mean about bars...they aren't my favorite, unless I have someone to be chatting with...if not I just get bored! Aw I want to see Valentine's Day. Is it like Love Actually? Hopefully I can get my gf to see it with me next weekend! Uggh sorry about having to eat that sandwich you didn't even like but you were starving and you needed to get calories into you so nothing to stress about...life happens like that sometimes! Yeah we need to worship our beautiful booties and curvilious bodies like those waiters have!! Food looks great...hope you had a nice Vday!

    btw..I was weight lifting at the gym today and there was this really beautiful kind of ethnically exotic girl who was skinny, but curvey and obviously strong from her weight lifting and I was like I bet thats what Anou looks like...lucky girl!!

    I also HATE when I try to be healthy and karma just gives me something awful and greasy ... totally not your fault though. And at least you got the fries.

    Your Lebanese food dinner sounds so good! I lovelovelove falafel, but I can't get falafel in America that even compares to Israeli falafel! U.S. falafels are almost always sort of big and green, and in Israel they're small and orange ... When I was in Jerusalem this past summer I went to this one falafel stand almost every single day ... and they put fries in the falafel with all the veggies, so that's especially good. I also learned how to pick the best falafel stand in the area BEFORE you order (the trick: good falafel stands are generous with their tomatoes, since tomatoes are the most expensive condiment - just scope out the tomato content as other people get served). ANYWAY enough falafel talk! Although I really could go on ...
