Hey guys ! My Internet was down yesterday so thats why I didnt post.
First before I forget here is what I ate
S: banana + Pb
B: coconut water + starbucks oatmeal with brown sugar and nut medley
L: chicken breast, spinach and cheese ravioli, grilled peppers and onions
S: kashi crackers +PB+J
S: ff plain yogurt + a bit of honey
D: 1/2 portion of beef pad se-ew( thai noodle dish) + mini mini bowl of cereal ( like really small, about 1/2c)
I went to hot yoga with my friend in the morning and then hip-hop in the evening so the day went by quite fast. Now my good guy friend invited me to a party tonight and I might just go...my bf says he doesnt mind at all( not that I ask him for permission or anything but you know since he is a GUY friend I dont want him to think anything bad so I asked him if he minded) I will let you guys know what I decide hehe.
Nat-Thank you sweetie ! So you noticed I am eating healthier lol. I do feel much much better and less bloated and my abs are starting to resurface even though I still have a huge getto booty

I love that Hulk comparison loll. I would definitely train you for free if I was near. Feel free to ask me whatever you want to know ! One of my favorite moves is a push-up with feet on stability ball( keeping that core tight without letting hips drop) combined with a jacknife crunch(bringing your knees to your stomach or for a harder variation your butt up the air with straight legs,you could google it to give you an idea) Its a tough one but its super effective!

Sez -Thank you ! Well I like to think I am quite fit but it depends on the things, for example I could never keep up running with you and Lauren ! Ww can be used for weight watchers and for whole wheat but I always mean whole wheat when I use it !
Polly- Thanks ! Dont worry about it, I sweat like a pig too when I workout but I fully embrace it and love it haha !! Its good it means you are putting an effort ! I never understood how some girls could go to the gym with full-on makeup hair perfectly done super nice outfit and tons of jewelry, you are supposed to become sweaty and messy lol
Louise-I think its a great idea. Just make sure you find one that is not pushing any restrictive diets or supplements on you. Just switching up your exercise routine and getting out of your comfort zone can really change your body. He can show you stuff with the free weights might not necessarily be doing in your usual workouts.The body is smart so it adapts fast and thats why when you do the same thing often you stop seeing results. Change creates change. It sounds like you are really fit so a trainer can help you kick it to the next level. Also, if you know you have an appointment it will keep you consistent since you dont have the choice to show up and personally it encourages me not to binge because I dont want to go see the trainer bloated lol.

Glad you said hello! Picturing me racing against a big furry cookiemonster is just hilarious ! Well actually a trainer training another trainer is way more fun and easier for him because he doesnt have to waste time correcting form and stuff and it gets pretty creative ! I think its good because he has a different style so its shaking things up ! I love that you noticed that progression in my journal and its good to know I am not the only one struggling with anxiety ( sometimes I cant sleep because I think way too much) and with wanting to be the best or feeling like a failure.
Rage- Thank you so much. What you said made alot of sense. Its true that sometimes when I start something even if I dont like it as much I feel like I have to do it and be good at it because quitting just makes me feel like I am failing. Thank you for making me realise those strengths I forget about myself and for reminding me that its good to view the other side of the medal and switch that negative thinking to positive thoughts.
Lorena-Yup he is fit but he is not a beefcake bodybuilder type more like athletic lean type. Its true that someone can be really competent even if they look "chubby". Its also about knowledge and interpersonal skills and motivational skills and all that, but its hard to sell your product when you dont look fit you know! Thank you for saying that thats super nice of you
Steph- Awww thank you !! You just put a big smile on my face and boosted my confidence by like 15% just by saying that I love you lol.
Skinnybinger- LOL I think chia pets are actually made from chia seeds and thats why they grow !! Because when chia seeds are wet they kinda become bigger and gelatinous. Ashley pretty much explained it all perfectly !!
Ash-Thank you! I think we can all relate to that destructive black and white thinking you are right. Lol eggs and lettuce is weird, I guess I wanted a quick sandwich because I was starving and then I just added the salad on the side !
So today I went shopping and got an A-line type of little dress. Shouldve done that a LONG time ago, it hides my booty and hips (where I gained) and showcases the slim part of my legs and my waist. And it will still fit when I lose the binge weight !
I will post on your journals a bit later because now I have to go run some errands !
