    Hi,

    I need help to stop binge eating. I thought I started die to finding out my boyfriend at the time had cheated on me for the whole 1.5 yrs we were together. I’ve stopped talking to him for over two months though and it’s still going on. I’m losing and gaining around 10 lbs every month. I’m getting very out of shape and ashamed of myself. Please help!!!
