How are you all doing?
I’m on my 2nd day and although I wanted
To do better than I did, I did see some
improvement in my attitude. I actually
wanted to eat less yesterday!! And I
restrained myself from finishing everything
infront of me even though I’m more than
full. Does anyone else do that? So a
one small break through. Yay!!
