&#60;p&#62;Reading that has made me think positive about eating normally and has put a stop to any thinking i had about going back to restricting so thanks for that chick! I guess our bodies will be what they are meant to be and if we try and change that, the body will always win and will fight to be what it naturally should be.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Sorry Loz and Lou but i did gain from going on the pill. In fact it was when i came off i lost my weight but when i went on it, my weight went up by over a stone (14 pounds). It wasn't straight away though and gradually happened but since coming off i lost the weight and more and actually thats when my binge eating started and the obsession to be tiny (I've always had an obsession but as i was getting smaller, i wanted to do better and get smaller and smaller...you know how it goes lol) began. I had to keep trying new pills and actually i am terrified of going back on it too! I so don't want to for the same reasons as you, but try the one that Louise suggested. I think i might when the time comes to go back on.

Started my bike training today. To my surprise it wasn’t that bad at all! I figured I would be riding for so long my legs would want to fall off. But as for later in the week I might not be so lucky  :roll:.&#60;br /&#62;
When I came home the tyra show was on (a talk show for you who are unfamiliar with it). Today it was all about weight. The women on there had lost TONS of weight and used to be really obsess. The women on their weren’t tiny, in fact most of them were the same size or bigger than me but they LOVED their bodies! It made me realize that I should be happy that I am the size I am. Just because the girls I live with are tiny dosnt mean EVRYONE in the world is!&#60;br /&#62;
Then right after that show it was on again..low and behold it was about WEIGHT LOSS again! Except this wasn’t the normal weightloss show about diets. She totally said that diets DON’T WORK! That talked about how she ended up gaining weight from them.&#60;br /&#62;
Then she basically talked about how she got in shape. She did this by eating NORMALLY. And her mind set wasn’t to be skinny but to be in the best shape for HER! It was very inspirational and it kind of opened up my eyes to what I am doing myself. I am being healthy, eating what I please and getting in s good shape for ME! I don’t think im fat, I don’t think im the skinniest person in the world. But I am good for me…yes I would LOVE to lose a few more pounds but I want to do it in a natural way where I am eating what I want. ☺&#60;br /&#62;
Okay one more thing..I have a doctor’s appointment to get on the pill tomorrow. I am getting on it due to acne problems and of course to be safe since I am sexually active.. have avoided being on it SO long bc I am scared that I am going to gain weight !  SOoo I was wondering is anyone else on the pill and have you gained weight from it&#38;gt;??&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I know this may sound weird but start preparing your defences ready for when you are coming up to a year, I know that for me in the past whenever I have come up to big milestones like that I have got very anxious about making it and deserving it etc so have ended up binging because of the emotion of success and not feeling worthy of it.&#60;br /&#62;
YOU ARE WORTHY and this is what you need to tell yourself everyday

Tragedy always brings people together so I'm sure they were really happy to have the company. It's awesome that you went out with them because you wanted to go out without worrying about how you could be eating healthier at home.. there's plenty of time for that! I LOVE those shot glass dessert things.. whoever came up with them is a genius because it's the perfect portion of a really good dessert so you don't feel like you overdid it, just satisfied! And even better.. you didn't binge when you were alone in your parents house! This is a tough one for me too, and it really shows how much you've grown in the past year... I can't wait for your one year to come! That will be an AMAZING accomplishment.. i can only dream of getting that far along at this point haha!

I realized how BIG of a trigger being home is. another big trigger is being alone at home. I know that i was in this same position a year ago this week would be a HUGE binge week. However, with the coping skills now i was able to aviod any binge and just eat normally. I am SO happy about that, but last night was actually hard. It was the first time in over a year that i actually wanted to binge. However, i avoided it and felt better an hour later. I guess part of the reason i wanted to binge was because i had NOTHING to do, this is an uncomfortable feeling for me bc i felt like i should be doing SOMETHING. But the point is i didnt binge or overeat so i am very happy :).&#60;br /&#62;
I also realized that in 3 months it will be a year since i had a real binge &#60;img src=&#34;http://howtostopeating.com/binge-eating-forum/bb-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_smile.gif&#34; title=&#34;:)&#34; class=&#34;bb_smilies&#34; /&#62; I NEVER thought i would get to this point!!!!!&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Hey girls thanks so much for your support. Things are getting easier with my grandmother in terms of coming to peace with it all. As for the pants-my mom wore them and they didn't even look stretched out..so i am just going to put it aside..&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Yesterday I was feeling kind of crappy. It was a rainy day outside and i was alone in my house. I also was feeling kind of weak..I am anemic and since i am on my cycle i get dizzy and weak. I decided that I would go over to my grandmothers house with my two aunt and mom and help out with cleaning. I usually wouldnt do this since I am not very close with those aunts and sometimes feel a little awkward but i pushed myself to go out of my comfort zone. I am happy i went because we had a good time. Afterwards they asked if I wanted to go to dinner. I didn't really want to..I wanted to eat my own food at home..The reason for this is because i wanted to have a nice healthy diner instead of something prepared at a restaurant. I hadnt eaten lunch that day so i was REALYHUNGRY too...But again i decided that I didnt want what i ate to rule over what i did so i went out to eat. It was this great little restaurant where i got a vegetable cabatta wrap. It came with cucumber coslaw (in a really small cup) or potato chips. I decided to get what i actually wanted so i got the potato chips. I also had a small side salad to start out with. When dinner was over my mom asked me if i wanted desert.. They had these little desert things that come in a shot glass type thing. I got a pecan pie one. It was sooooo good.&#60;br /&#62;
Afterwards we went home and watched Sex In The City. I was SOOO tired and had a bit of a headache so i decided to go to bed kinda early. When i woke up this morning i still didnt have that hungry feeling so i am wondering again if i ate to much yesterday?? Or maybe its just bc i ate later than normal. I am not too worried about it bc its not like i feel sick or anything, just not as hungry as normal...&#60;br /&#62;
Alright since i did an hour run yesterday (35 mins at a 8:30 pace). I am planning on doing a nice slow outside run today and some weights. Then my bike training starts tomorrow eekk!!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Food For Yesterday:&#60;br /&#62;
Breakfast-2 whole wheat waffles with 1 tbsp butter, grapefruit, a couple bites of eggless egg salad, coffee with almond milk&#60;br /&#62;
S-Luna Bar, diet hot chocolate, small apple&#60;br /&#62;
S-Handful of nuts&#60;br /&#62;
D- vegetable cabatta wrap, 2 handful of potato chips, side salad with fat free dressing, pecan desert (in a shot glass type thing)

&#60;p&#62;OKay so i just had a major downfall that REALLY UPSET me. (btw this is a  debbie dower- mad liz post- beware)&#60;br /&#62;
When i came home yesterday i brought home all of my dirty laundry to be washed from school. We were about to go out but all of my jeans were in the dryer.. so  i asked my mom if i could wear a pair of hers..I put them on and they seemed to fit fine. My mom is pretty skinny but i THOUGHT we were about the same size.. anyways..I came out of the bathroom today and she was standing there and said &#34;OMGOSH YOU STRETCHED OUT MY JEEANS SO MUCH&#34;.. I was like WTFF!!! why would you even tell me that..its like she WANTED me to see that i stretched them out. THEY FIT FINE with i put them on, i didn't have to squeeze into them or anything-or so i thought..UGH IT JUST REALLY PISSED ME OFF. It made me want to diet and loose a ton of weight just to spit her! I am so mad at her!!!&#60;br /&#62;
I was about to leave for the gym when she told me so running made me feel a little better and got some of that stress away but i am still pretty mad. I contemplated dieting or eating less but inside i know i shouldn't..So i am just going to be mad..probably get over it and move on..&#60;br /&#62;
WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&#60;br /&#62;

Hmm well your food definitely doesn't look like too much for yesterday but the snack before bed sounds like it was a bit too big if you are wanting to wake up with that hungry feeling.  I generally wake up hungry but I do a bigger dinner and then a small snack, usually a Luna bar (since its kind of a treat for me!) or some fruit.  But either way if you prefer a smaller dinner w/ a bigger snack or a bigger dinner w/ a smaller snack...just play around w/ it and see which leaves you feeling the most satisfied and the way you want to feel in the morning!  BTW that wrap sounds soo good.  Where did you get the eggless egg salad?  WFs?  YUM!  Hope you get in a nice run today!

&#60;p&#62;Last night I had a snack before bedtime (something new i am doing so i dont eat so much at dinner) but i think the snack was a little too much because i wasnt hungry at all when i woke p this morning and had the &#34;heavy feeling&#34; i went to bed RIGHT after my snack..hmm anywhay to aviod this??? Maybe a smaller snack... I had a bowl of cereal (3 differnt types of cereal with almond milk, 1 scoop peanut butter, 1 ricecake...so i guess it was kinda a big snack.so maybe just a smaller one tonight?? what do you guys think??&#60;/p&#62;

We went over to her apartment to go through some things and i felt a little better. I wasnt going to go at first but i am glad i did. I realized i was trying hard to avoid feeling sad. Its also hard bc i am home alone all week... Just glad i am actually crying and not turning to food..&#60;br /&#62;

He basically told me I was dumb..Even though I was the one getting a 4.0 and him not so much.. I ended up telling my boyfriend it made me sad and he felt SO bad about it and totally apologized. So bad news about my grandmother..she passed away yesterday. I was pretty sad about it but I knew it was her time to go. She lived a very long happy life and her husband died 2 years ago so she will be with him now ☺. I am trying to allow myself to feel sad rather than push it away right now.&#60;br /&#62;
So I didn’t post yesterday so ill catch everyone up on my life ☺.. I went out Wednesday night to celebrate my spring break! It was a lot of fun. I thought I looked cute with a blue high waste skirt from American apparel and this cute white sleeveless top and heels. When I stood next to my tiny roommate I felt gigantic but put those feelings aside and actually felt pretty hott when I was out ☺. We had some drinks at the bar and went home.&#60;br /&#62;
OH YEAH-earlier that night I tried the eating again after dinner and it totally worked!!! I ate less dinner bc I knew I could have a little snack later! SUCH a better idea woo whoo! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Soo then when I work up yesterday I felt great. I wasn’t hungover at all since I really didn’t drink that much. I wanted to spend time with my boyfriend since he is going to the beach for spring break all week. I decided not to do a workout..It was uncomfortable deciding this but I rolled with it. I did however go to the track with my team for an hour to practice exchanges so it wasn’t like I didn’t do anything. Those things actually take a lot of effort because you are speeding around the track..&#60;br /&#62;
After the track I veged out&#38;amp; watched 100 episodes Americas next top model and relaxed. IT FELT WONDERFUL! I love the feeling when I don’t have homework or really anything to do..theres NOTHING like it ☺&#60;br /&#62;
	My boyfriend took me to dinner where I got a veggie burger…It was on a white bun which I didn’t like too much but I didn’t want to obsess over it, it also had some kind of mayo on it. It came with waffle fries. I ate half my burger and some fries and then felt full. I was able to leave a lot of my plate but felt totally satisfied..&#60;br /&#62;
Later that night good old miss flow came! I HAD NO IDEA I was about to be on. Its really weird bc I usually go hormone crazy and bloated but I didn’t feel too bad this time! I did feel a little bloated yesterday so that explains that!&#60;br /&#62;
	Today I woke up early and said bye to my boyfriend and just moved everything back home for the week! I think I am going to go on a long run today..Its pretty warm outside but no suuunn ☹ oh well as long as its not snowing im happy ☺ okay ill talk to everyone latttaa! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;OH YEAH—I tried on a pair of jean shorts that DID NOT fit at the beggning of the summer and now smoothly fit over my bum WA WHOO! ☺&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Food For Yesterday:&#60;br /&#62;
Breakfast/Lunch-1 scoop potatoes, salad with veggies and tofu, 1 scoop cottage cheese, 1 scoop noodle, herb dressing, 1 vegan chocolate chip cookie, 1 cup almond milk&#60;br /&#62;
S-Coffee with almond milk, luna bar, grapefruit&#60;br /&#62;
S-1/4 of oatcake I didn’t finish last night, 1 handful of animal cookies, 1 tiny Twix&#60;br /&#62;
D-1/2 veggie burger, some fries but left a lot on my plate ☺

I woke up this mornig without much of an appitite, I am not sure if its bc I ate a lot for dinner or what. I also didn’t work out this morning which I usually do so that could be another reason why.  So I tried the eating less at dinner promising I could have a snack later and I def ate less! I sometimes have a snack later on and it does help as you know there is one more meal to come later on. Try it and see how you go. It's all about learning what works for you so if it doesn't go back to how you were.&#60;/p&#62;

hope everyone is having a lovely evening/morning depending on where you live in the world.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Well, so much for the sun as it turned into a rainy day here. It stayed pretty warm however so I didnt really mind. I had my bike workout this morning where i did an hour spin with some fast intervals..I then went tanning again with my friend. Afterwards I went to the hospital to visit my grandmother who is very sick. She is not doing well at all and it seems like she dosnt have much time left. I cryed when i was there and it wwas pretty sad seeing her in pain. It made me see that life is too short to spend worrying about if i am fat or not..&#60;br /&#62;
I ended up going out to eat with my mom to whole foods. (jeez you all probably think i am such a whole foods addict haha-well i am &#60;img src=&#34;http://howtostopeating.com/binge-eating-forum/bb-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_smile.gif&#34; title=&#34;:)&#34; class=&#34;bb_smilies&#34; /&#62; )..Okay so I felt pretttyy full after dinner. I was having an oatcake for desert.. I didn’t really want to eat the whole oatcake but it was hard to stop. Its not like I binged or anything I just feel kinda full. Sometimes I have trouble stopping unless I feel like i am pretty full. I don’t think I overeat too much bc I feel hungry in the morning.I also had alot to drink with my dinner so maybe that was part of the problem. I was looking at my stomach after i ate and it didnt even look big even though i felt so bloated.. Well i was thinking about why i overeat and came to the conclusion that,  after dinner I usually don’t eat for the rest of the night. Maybe this is my problem…bc I think that this is the last thing I am going to eat so I am going to stock up now. Maybe I will try having smaller dinners but eating again 3 hours after..what do you guys think??&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Thanks for your posts girls! Yesterday was a pretty busy day with classes but now I am basically done until after spring break! WOO!!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So I ended up going tanning with my friend last night and then went over to my boyfriends to relax ☺ it was nice and I got a lot of sleep . Today I am doing a bike workout on rollers. It SOOO nice out today I really want to do a run outside but know that I shouldn’t~ Maybe ill just go for a nice walk later ☺&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am still really trying to live in the moment and not worry so much about my weight. It’s a struggle but I am doing my best! ☺&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Food:&#60;br /&#62;
B-Luna Bar, coffee with almond milk, grapefruit, a couple spoonfuls of dry cereal&#60;br /&#62;
L-sandwich(1 slice wwbread, 1 slice turkey, veggies, 1tbsp poppyseedd dressing), 2 spoon scoops of cottage cheese, 1 scoop noodles, 2 handful of chips, small apple&#60;br /&#62;
S-couple bites of grilled cheese, luna bar, small apple, coffee with almond milk&#60;br /&#62;
D-1/2 pita filled with hummus, 2 scoops cottage cheese with mixed fruit, small veggie salad, hot chocolate, ½ cookie

That does beat anorexic, flaccid, no muscle thin any day of the week!! SO DONT FORGET THAT!! I have some good strong legs and butt that carry me far in my runs!  That is much better than having stick legs that couldn't carry me more than 1 mile probably!  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm so glad you are about to have your life back and get some R &#38;amp; R for your spring break!  Well I guess cycle training still counts for R &#38;amp; R if you don't have to be studying and writing papers constantly!!  ~Lozzie

Hey Nomi! Thanks for your complements ☺. You all help me SO much with my body image! I am really starting to except that I don’t have as stick body and I like it! I like that I am fit and I also noticed something about those skinny girls (see below)&#60;br /&#62;
Hey Amanda! It seems like whenever I drink I am out super late and I am moving around so that probably why we get to hungry! I always refuel with a nice big breakfast and a nap haha ☺&#60;/p&#62;

I am happy to say that after tonight i will have my life back haha. I am going over to my friends to finsish my last paper and then i am basically on spring break! Its my first year that i am not going anywhere bc i am training with my bike team. Nothing too exciting about the weekend basically more homework..boring! but wow does it feel good for midterms to be over! I can finally get posting on here again &#60;img src=&#34;http://howtostopeating.com/binge-eating-forum/bb-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_smile.gif&#34; title=&#34;:)&#34; class=&#34;bb_smilies&#34; /&#62; &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Ok so something I noticed about my skinny friends is that although they are small they are not toned at all! We were changing yesterday and I got a glimpse of their stomach and there def not tight and kinda flabby! I was like wow my stomach looks better than that. So I think that I just have  a more muscular build which is probably more attractive overall!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Okay so for exercise yesterday I did a faster 50 min run and abs and this morning I did a regular pace 45 min run with some arms ☺&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;LONNG day of classes but I will be back later!!&#60;br /&#62;

Food For Yesterday:&#60;br /&#62;
B-Luna Bar&#60;br /&#62;
S-English muffin with spoonful of peanut butter, 8 animal cookies,  coffee with almond milk&#60;br /&#62;
L-WF scoop of potatoes, small scoop of blueberry French toast, salad with grilled chicken, herb dressing, small biscuit, vegan blueberry muffin&#60;br /&#62;
D- (went to dinner with mom) chicken spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing and 4 slices of pita bread.
